This is the online source for Quality Function Deployment (QFD) information. Our mission is to provide the quality and engineering communities with the information needed to successfully implement the QFD process and the House of Quality tool. We believe that the QFD methodology can help all organizations to be more successful by more fully responding to the voice of their customers. Our aim, therefore, is to serve both business organizations and their customers by increasing the level of communication and understanding between the two groups.
If you are aware of useful Quality Function Deployment resources or information that we have not yet identified, please help us in accomplishing our mission by notifying us of those resources.
